Refunds & Exchange

While we are pretty sure our products won’t disappoint you a bit, this is just in case something goes wrong (Don’t worry, we’re here!).
Each of our products are carefully handpicked and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be very slight difference as they are sourced from different manufacturers  entirely.

Please do not accept damaged parcel, refuse it and contact us at [email protected] and notify us about the situation. In any case do not accept a damaged(in shipment) parcel.
Incase you receive an incorrect item, here is what you need to do:

Unboxing video from start to finish is must for any type of query, without unboxing video no queries will be attended.

  • Kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery, for which the customer needs to e-mail us at [email protected] with their order number and product’s start to end unboxing video.
  • Once the concerned team checks the description & confirms the incorrect product, an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange or return.
  • The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is couriered by the customer to our billing address (mentioned in the email) 
  • Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for returned or exchanged items will be borne by the customer only.
  • Once we receive the product(s), we will then inspect and check the physical product. We shall dispatch fresh / correct product, as per Hommelly policy.
  • Product must be unused and untempered to be eligible for exchange
  • For exchange, product price(excluding any tax or shipping fee) amount is provided in the form of Coupon/Store credit which can be used in 30 days.
  • We value our customers and will always make sure your shopping experience is fun and hassle free!
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change. If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us.
* Please note that the item is not considered as damage when it is just removed because of the glue, There is No Refund/Credit for fixable issues. 
* Damage is considered only if the product is broken with Unboxing video from the beginning to end of your Unpacking.
