SHIPPING POLICY
We have tie-ups with best in industry partners like FedEx, DHL, Shadowfox, Delhivery to provide you with faster and best shipping.
Standard Orders: Orders placed before 12pm IST are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Generally all orders are delivered in a 7 to 10 business days but owing to Heavy Rains/Floods/Pandemic etc deliveries may get little delayed.
Also, please note that orders received on occasions like Festivals (i.e Diwali/Holi etc) and New Year may take up additional time up-to 1 week more owing non-operational nature of shipping partners and teams during this time.
Express Orders: Orders placed before 12pm IST should be shipped in two to three business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
Tracking: After your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change. If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and contact us at [email protected]
